She loves it. It brings out one of my favorite parts of her 🙂
This morning I reminded her to “wish Uncle Bob (our friend, Robert) a happy birthday.”
She already had. 🙂
She buys me juice and medecine and takes care of me. Turns out – the medicine doesn’t help much – – Whitney does.
Also, the fact that she loves animals in people clothes. Just seeing how whimsical she gets makes my soul smile! 🙂
Context:
Cam: Ooh. An episode of Good Eats about meat pies!
Whit: What’s a meat pie? Like…shepherd’s pie?
Cam: Yeah. Or mincemeat pie.
Whit: Ew. I don’t like anything ‘mince’… Unless it has a ‘T’!
1 – OT Test. I’m pretty sure we killed it.
2 – Wedding stuff. Ceremony and reception location finally set in stone
3 – God ol’ hang-out day. Season 2 of Dexter completed. Seasons 3 and 4 – here we come!
4 – Whit’s new class is a LOT of work. And it’s work of a different type than Whitney is accustomed to. It’s neat to see her stretch. I’m so proud of her and can wait to see the kind of teacher she’ll be!
5 – Just a general ‘I love Whit!’ shout out. I love you, baby!
She’s given me two extra measures of each lately. And I sure don’t deserve it. I love that lady and can’t wait to marry her!
Context:
Whit sings a song to my near-death vehicle and then justifies it by saying:
“I think cars are like flowers; you play music for them and they work better.”
So. Whit signed up for the Old Testament class that I’m enrolled in. She took a step down from grad school on high and decided to take a class with me.
I’m indescribably excited about this. We’ll get to see one another in a setting that we haven’t before. And we can be ‘study buddies.’ And she will be getting the benefit of Biblical education which, at Biola, would be a tragedy to waste!
It makes me smile just thinking about it!
